4. Selalu menjaring konsumen baru dari pelanggan setia
Setelah mendapat pelanggan dengan hasil kerja sendiri, bagaimana mendapatkan pelanggan perdana dari pelanggan setia. Memang jika usaha Anda berhasil dengan produk yang sangat disukai oleh banyak orang, tidak menutup kemungjkinan para pelanggan setia tersebut melakukan strategi word of mount (dari mulut ke mulut).
Bisa dicontohkan bagaimana para pelanggan setia ini merekomendasikan produk Anda kepada saudara atau teman dekat yang mereka miliki. Sehingga produk yang ditawarkan menjadi disukai dan laku.
Maka peran pelanggan setia sangat penting sekali untuk memajukan bisnis Anda dan sudah sewajarlah bagi Anda untuk memberikan perhatian khusus bagi pelanggan setia seperti menawarkan bonus yang cukup menarik sehingga mereka semakin loyal kepada Anda.
